1. Is it safe to use my credit card on MensMetals.com?

Yes, in fact payment is processed through PayPal by Ebay (www.paypal.com), using a secure website. PayPal secures your information as follows:

2. Do I have to pay any customs for orders from the US?

According to the US customs and border protection agency internet purchases that are $200 or under, that are bound to the US from an international location, do not incur any customs.

3. Do you offer engraving for your products?

All of the cufflinks, tie clips / tie bars, money clips and collar stays at MensMetals.com are engravable and already come engraved with our Trade Mark logo. MensMetals does not offer individual engraving, however all items still have room for personal engraving if desired. Engraving inquires are available for special large quantity orders. 4. What form of payment options does MensMetals.com offer?

MensMetals.com provides payment solutions through PayPal . You can submit payment using your Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discovery Card or PayPal account.

5. What currency does MensMetals.com accept?

MensMetals.com accepts all currencies. MensMetals.com lists prices in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We do provide an estimated currency converter application on our site. Payment made through your Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discovery Card or PayPal account is automatically converted to your local currency. Exchange rates may vary between card providers and depending on the time your card provider charges your account.

6. How often does MensMetals.com get new men’s cufflinks, tie clips and money clips designs?

MensMetals.com believes in providing quality and the hottest fashion looks for men’s cufflinks, tie clips / bars, money clips and collar stays. Our buyers are always looking out for the trendiest and fashion forward designs. 7. How does MensMetals.com deliver the orders? Who does MensMetals.com use for delivery and how long does it take?

8. How does MensMetals.com use my personal information and is it shared with third parties?

MensMetals.com promises our customers that personal information be secured at all times. Our use of PayPal allows to separate your financial information from our records for added security. MensMetals.com never sells your information to third parties. MensMetals.com will occasionally use your information for our company’s marketing initiatives (example: new product launch, newsletters, etc.) with your opt in approval only.
